Tevon Arc Inc ("Tevon Arc", "we", "us") is a technology company that builds AI customer service systems. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through tevonarc.org (the "Site").

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you email us or use the contact form on the Site, you provide your name, email address, optionally your company, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
The contact form does not transmit data to our servers. It composes a message in your own email client and sends it from your account. Nothing you type into the form is stored on the Site.
Information collected automatically
The Site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — as part of delivering and protecting the Site. We do not run advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or cross-site profiling on the Site, and we do not sell personal information.
Fonts and third-party requests
The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. That request discloses your IP address and user agent to Google. If you prefer to avoid this, the Site remains fully functional with system fonts; contact us and we can supply a self-hosted build.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — principally our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider — and only to the extent necessary. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell personal information.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a reasonable business record, after which it is deleted. Technical request logs held by our hosting provider are retained according to their standard retention periods.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to receive your information in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We apply access controls and least-privilege principles to our internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When we deliver AI customer service systems for clients, we process end-customer personal data on the client's behalf as a processor. That processing is governed by the applicable services agreement and data processing addendum, not by this policy.
